Hey there. I’m Lo.
I’m here to help. With a background in librarianship and digital inclusion leadership, I’ve dedicated most of my professional life to helping people answer hard questions.
As a queer, trans, late-diagnosed AuHD person, I have spent the last decade researching, learning and exploring how to make the world around me a little easier to navigate. Whether I am helping students modify and explore acro poses, navigate tricky life or yoga transitions, or just leading a team of new digital navigators, my compassion and community-driven methods are here to help.
Why me? Why This?
Time after time in meetings, working groups, happy hours, and therapy sessions, I would share my dreams for the world, and my frustration that the very tangible things I knew I wanted didn’t exist. And every time, someone would tell me, “I guess you have to create it.” So I did.
Independent support
I can offer support that is uniquely independent from your workplace and your therapist, allowing space for creative solutions and long-term planning.
For bodies and Brains
An acro teacher who also provides digital inclusion consulting? Why is it all mixed up?
I have discovered that my strengths and skills do not limite themselves to one arena or another, so why divide my services and support?
I have taught workshops on the same topics to acrobats and digital navigators!
