    Whether you’re looking to change jobs, get your routines and home organized, or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure where changes should be made, we’ll work together to identify goals and how to get them achieved.

  • Informed by Research and Experience

    Our goal is not to push through sensory discomfort, or to perform for the benefit of neurotypicals. Planners and timers are optional.

    My coaching techniques and methods are anti-ABA, and pro-embracing ourselves, our needs, and our futures.

  • Building Community and Support Networks

    We aren’t meant to live aggressively independent lives. We’ll work to assemble our teams of care, whether that looks like finding friends, shopping for a therapist, or exploring movement practices and new hobbies.
