Move with me
acro with lo
My acro classes work to build balanced bodies, healthy movement paths, and an acro brain. We’ll develop our trust and balance together, and work on our communication and proprioception!
While I don’t specifically call my classes “acroyoga” they are very much aligned with the less dynamic side of partner acrobatics.
My father once said, “where your butt is, you are,” and in acro, it’s a great piece of wisdom!
Acro is a community practice! Come connect!
Yoga with Lo
To be good at yoga is to listen to your body, modify poses and transitions when you need to, and understand how you are unique in your existence on the mat.
This is not a “good vibes only” yoga space. This is a realistic place where you can roll in grumpy, and breathe out the stress.
My yoga classes are usually themed or geared towards specific needs, communities or bodies. Please let me know if you have any injuries, or concerns that may impact your body as we move together.
